Monterey Construction Company is a firm dedicated to the renovation and remodel of multi family interiors and exteriors in large complexes located in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, Monterey Bay and the Central Valley of California.

Our Services

We offer our clients a full spectrum of renovation improvements including adding washer / dryer units, ductless air conditioning, kitchen and bath cabinets, granite counter tops, flooring, appliances, hardware and paint. In addition to remodeling apartments we work with our clients to assist them with their capital improvement needs; including remodeling clubhouses, business offices, fitness centers, laundry and other common areas.  We are able to draft floor plans to be submitted to municipalities for permits. We maintain strong relationships with many city agencies in which our projects are located.

We work with directly with owners and renovation managers to ensure that every aspect of their project will be managed with expertise. Our estimating team will ensure that every detail of your project is clearly defined while considering budget needs to bid your project in the most cost effective way.  Monterey Construction Company is very experienced in production work and is able to provide a guaranteed rapid turn around time to allow our clients the ability to lease their renovated property quickly.  Our intent is to estimate your project correctly from the beginning and maintain full control of the project with our in-house staff.

Ben Rega, President of Monterey Construction Company, brings over fifteen years of experience in all facets of the construction industry. He has a verifiable track record for the successful completion of projects through coordinating trades, developing relationships, building rapport with vendors and clients while maintaining costs. He is well versed in contract negotiations, code regulation, material purchase and site management.
